Zulma will be in Italy with her partner Paul for two intense and profound weeks in Valsassina, at Cuor di Betulla in Mezzacca, on the edge of the forest, in a camp set up in true digital-detox style — no electricity, no mobile phones — immersed in greenery and the magical sounds of nature.
The program is structured into three modules. It’s possible to attend just one, more than one, or all of them, with a special discounted rate for the full package.

What is the Menstrual Therapy MotherEarth?
It is a METHOD based on the female hormonal cycle and menstrual blood, reflecting the portal wounds of all the stages in a woman’s life. The training restores ancestral feminine knowledge that has been gathered, recreated, and strengthened through energetic healing techniques. Menstrual Therapy seeks to guide women toward a deeper understanding of their menstrual cycle and their lives as female beings, a more conscious connection with their menstrual blood and, through their cyclicity, the recovery of each woman’s own natural calendar.
The intensive training is designed for women who wish to become guides for other women in learning about the menstrual cycle. A Madretierra menstrual therapist can guide Madretierra menstrual lunar circles by joining the international network created by Zulma — the Sacred Feminine Circle (Mis Lunas) of Madretierra — or offer her services independently.
It is intended for middle school teachers, gynecologists, psychologists, therapists, social workers, ovarian breathing practitioners, circle guides, doulas and midwives, and for any woman who wishes to guide other women or work on herself through understanding her menstrual cycle, its changes and manifestations, as well as the physical, mental, and spiritual medicine of this feminine gift.

Therapists who already have experience in the field of Menstrual Therapy and Feminine Care are invited to deepen their knowledge, open a space for reflection and exchange, and explore questions that arise during professional practice.

Wesdneday 1st- Friday 3rd July Integral Male Cyclicity
From Wednesday, July 1, we will open the door to our brothers — men are welcome! You may invite husbands, partners, friends, and brothers so we can work together and recognize one another more deeply through the mirror and complementarity of our cycles, feminine and masculine. Because men are cyclical too — like everything that is alive.
We will work with the male hormonal cycle and the sacred waters of spermatogenesis, which reflect the portal wounds of all the stages in a man’s life.
Integral Male Cyclicity training is a physical, mental, and energetic system that works with the phases of a man’s life, with emphasis on portal wounds that manifest through physical, mental, or emotional symptoms. Work is done through physical activity, breathwork, art, and word.
Discovering the cyclical rather than linear man means discovering an entire world — including the deep harm and manipulation patriarchy has inflicted on our male brothers.
Zulma opened this training module by inviting her husband, Paul Urquía, to join her in this journey, which has made the path even more profound. Women have the opportunity to work on their inner paternal masculine figure, recognizing it in partners or friends. Men not only learn about male cyclicity but also have the opportunity to heal their wounds by facing them directly. When this happens, we also heal the Clan and build a new man and a new woman.

Discover your purpose starting from what you are living here and now, stepping into the role of the Researcher who must be aware of the tools they carry. Discover your reparative mechanisms and the deep programming that limits you.
What stories do you hold in your womb, woman? What beliefs inform your sperm, man?
How do they influence your relationships?
What cyclical narratives repeat from generation to generation regarding your womb?
What impact do they have on your cyclicity and sexuality?
We will explore these and many other questions during these two intensive days. Men and women willing to open their family tree with love and respect are welcome, with a clear intention for the well-being of the whole family system and all our relationships.
Monday 6th July Rite of Passagge: Menarche and Spermarche
Recognizing the importance of rites of passage that connect one life stage to another allows us to reclaim our energy and restore autonomy over our bodies. These rituals help us cross the portals that carry us into a new version and facet of our path.
In ancient times, these transitions were celebrated within the Community — a collective crossing that opened the Secrets and Treasures of the new life phase. Ritual form allows the experience to be integrated at multiple levels: not only rational and mental, but also symbolic, energetic, and imaginal. Rituals are powerful because they also act on the unconscious. They are physical, mental, and spiritual medicines that increase self-esteem, confidence in oneself, in life, and in one’s growth and transformation.
The ritual we will cross is Menarche — the first menstrual blood — and Spermarche — the arrival of first sperm.
Do you know what Menarche and Spermarche are? Do you understand the importance of this transcendent moment in your life? We invite you to this ritual so you may re-signify this profound life threshold. These are portals from childhood into fertile age, bringing deep physical, psychological, emotional, and energetic transformations. This rite of passage is key to your relationship with cyclicity and sexuality, and therefore key to bonding and relating with others.
WHO IS ZULMA MOREYRA?
Zulma Moreyra is a researcher, writer, and speaker with studies in herbalism oriented toward Traditional Chinese Medicine, naturopathy, transpersonal biodecoding, and systemic constellations. She has been President of MenstruaLab A.C. since 2020 and is co-founder, designer, and coordinator of social, educational, and preventive actions in menstrual health.
She co-created and organized the International Congress on Menstrual Health (CISM) in 2020 and 2021, and co-created and directs the MenstruaLab School of Integral Cyclicity Health (since 2021). She organized the MenstruaLab Festival (2023) and the CiclicA Festival (2024).
Founder and lead trainer of the Madretierra School, since 2014 she has trained Cyclical and Menstrual Therapists in person and online in more than 23 countries across Europe and the Americas.
She is the author of “My Blood Heals” (2014), translated into Italian and French.
Zulma will be joined by her partner Paul Urquía in the Integral Male Cyclicity module.
WHO IS PAUL URQUìA?
Paul is a colon therapist and works with organic nutrition (certified by the Palmetti School).
He is a Californian massage therapist, a conscious builder using various materials, and a football referee.
Paul is guardian of CasaSerrana Traslasierra, a space dedicated to permaculture and self-sustainability, powered by solar energy and supplied with natural spring and rainwater. He cultivates and propagates fruit trees and native plants and is also a beekeeper, caring for bees and harvesting honey organically and by hand.
CasaSerrana hosts groups and retreats, where Paul serves as caretaker and nurturer of both the land and participants.

Valsassina
We will gather at Cuor di Betulla, Madre Terra Intercultural Camp, in Mezzacca, Cassina Valsassina (Lecco), in the heart of the Valsassina mountains. A rustic refuge holding the memories and secrets of trees, plants, river, wind, and sun — a unique place to reconnect with Mother Earth.
Here we will set up the camp for our training retreat.

WHAT IS SPAZIO UTERA?
Spazio Utera is a prayer for Feminine Awareness and Empowerment, born from the meeting of Luisa, Lilia, and Arianna. It is rooted in ancestral traditions of Feminine Shamanism and extends into modern technologies of knowledge and self-awareness.
This prayer is connected to the Moon Temple in the forest of Cuor di Betulla, in the Valsassina mountains, through the path of sister Luisa Luna Celeste. This temple is daughter of the LikanRay Moon Temple of Ilalò in Ecuador, founded by Mama Andrea Atekokolli, medicine woman of the FSI, whose energetic presence we honor.

Luisa Luna Celeste
I am a woman who is finally happy to be a woman. I am grateful for menstrual therapy, for the various cleansing rituals, and for the path of the 13 Moon retreats of the Red Path tradition that reached me through the hands of Mama Andrea Atekokolli. I am thankful for her support and guidance since I met her in Ecuador, and I thank myself for trusting the process and Life that longs to live.
I wish to share with other women what I have discovered in my own body and in circle with other sisters. I carry the Medicine of the Sacred Pipe (Chanupa) and the Temazcal, the vibration of the Sun Dance, the harmonizing power of Biodanza, the clarifying power of Counseling, and the healing of uterine memories. In essence, I bring myself as I am, with scars and marks from battles lost and won, yet always a source of teachings, with the enthusiasm and joy for life that make me happy to be of service — for all my relations, for all my human sisters.
Arianna Colibrì Danzante
I am a researcher of body arts, dance, martial arts, and yoga as vehicles for transcendence and as tools for meditation, healing, and creation. I began my studies in the therapeutic field, graduating in “Child Neuro-Psychomotor Therapy,” and later moved into the artistic world, becoming a dancer and choreographer, directing and performing in various productions.
I lived for more than three years in India, earning a Diploma in Kalaripayattu at Kalarigram and certification as a yoga teacher at the World Peace Yoga School. In 2010, I encountered the South American ancestral medicine tradition through the “Fuego Sagrado de Itzachilatlan,” becoming a 13-day Vision Quest seeker under the guidance of Mama Andrea Atekokolli, carrying her prayer with the Sacred Chanupa. I lead women’s circles for reconnection with the Sacred Feminine. For several years, I have been seeking a synthesis of different traditions for the integral transformation of the individual and the reconnection with one’s authentic potential and the divine consciousness that lives in every being.
Lilia Luz de la Floresta
I have always walked a path of searching for myself, for what it means to be a woman, and for the archetypal world that permeates and guides our lives. Throughout my life, I have encountered scientific, shamanic, and spiritual paths. I am a Vision Quest seeker, a Sun Dancer, and I am accompanied by a Sacred Chanupa. I earned a diploma as a Transpersonal Counselor and carry the method of the mystery of the Sacred Feminine, guided by the force of Magdalene. I am a Menstrual and Integral Cyclicity Therapist in training. I study the MotherPeace cards by Vicky Noble, in harmony with the Red Path, the path of the heart.
With humility, curiosity, and sincerity, I have chosen to accompany women toward greater self-awareness through menstrual therapy, placing myself in service of a greater intention that guides us in this new time of collective Awakening, to rediscover who we are and our role in the world!
